Lending Support
Participants have access to a preferred lender for pre-approval preparation, mortgage questions, down-payment assistance information, and other available programs.
Guided Home Tours
Participants explore real homes while learning how to compare neighborhoods, layouts, features, condition, price, and long-term value.
Loan approval, interest rates, down-payment assistance, and program eligibility are determined by the applicable lender and program providers. Participation in the Academy does not guarantee mortgage approval, funding, or homeownership.
